JOBS EDITORIAL ADVISORY COUNCIL THIS ISSUE OUR ADVISORS Jim Brickley Regional Program Manager for DOL Employment Workshops, GBX Consultants, Inc. If you think there are no scams in job postings these days, think again! As the saying goes, "If something's too good to be true, it probably isn't." Always do your homework and research, research, research. Be wary of scammers in everything you do, and that certainly includes the job search process! HOW DO I KNOW IF A JOB BOARD POSTING IS REAL OR A SCAM? Q: A: TIPS FROM TAP MILITARYFRIENDLY.COM/FEEDBACK This short survey is designed to help us understand your needs as a service member or veteran, and how well we are meeting your needs. Your feedback will help us shape our resources for you, your families and the individuals who are helping you transition to civilian life after you leave the military. Thank you for your service to our nation, and for your participation! MILITARY AND VETERANS: WE NEED YOUR FEEDBACK!
