What was the most difficult part of transiঞoning into civilian life? The most difficult part for me was letting go of friends who became my family in the military. What worked best in your job search? Reaching out to family and friends and going to websites for veterans. Also, using social media was very effective for getting my resume out to many employers. What was the hardest interview quesঞon you were asked? Are you willing to relocate? During your search, what aributes of a potenঞal job were of most value to you? Shared values and work/life balance. Being in the military, I was part of a team and I didn't want that feeling to end, but I wanted to be home more to watch my family grow.
